Glaze Donuts was born from a simple, heartfelt mission: to create a donut that everyone could enjoy. Our founder, James Holmes, grew up in a kitchen filled with the warm aroma of baked treats, learning the art of cooking from his dad, a talented chef who taught him that food is love in every bite.

When his sister was diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, he realised that she couldn’t enjoy the sweet treats he loved. Determined to change that, he set out to craft the perfect gluten free donut – one that was soft, fluffy, and full of flavour. Countless late nights, recipe experiments, and taste tests later, Glaze Donuts came to life.

Today, James continues to honour that inspiration from his dad and sister in every donut, hot dog, and drink. Each creation is made with care, love, and a little sprinkle of joy, so that everyone, no matter their dietary needs, can experience the simple happiness of a perfect treat.
